A Creatively Merry Christmas
Gratitude for new consciousness endeavors - and a healing gift for you!
Merry Merry!
Last night my husband and I were enjoying our twinkling outdoor lights and naming the awesome things we’re grateful for.
We had a fantastic 2022 – hot damn, it was a good year. I won’t bore you here with the details, yet suffice to say that health, music, nature, kitty, serenity, good lovin’ and playtime topped the categories. I invite you and yours to spend a few minutes rockin’ around the Christmas tree and rollin’ out some of your own ’22 highlights.
One celebration that made the list is the launch of our new non-profit, the Creative Consciousness Foundation.
We’re very excited to have launched our non-profit this year – The Creative Consciousness Foundation! We’re offering spiritual counseling, retreats, and courses to expand awareness and peace, and assist individuals to deepen on their journey. We focus on non-dual wisdom teachings, primarily Advaita Vedanta and Zen Buddhism, alongside other contemplative and nature-based traditions.
Happily, we have just expanded our reach by including another team member in our organization. She is now working with others to offer deep presence, prayer, and spiritual insight. We are just beginning to financially support those who are in sincere spiritual work, to relieve suffering and increase peace.
The Foundation has also helped to support me personally this year in taking a sabbatical to deepen my own inner work. This has also given me space and time to complete my third book, a spiritual travel memoir (coming early 2023), and to teach and counsel when the need arises.
A few words from my co-founder and husband, Keith Heller:
“I’m excited that the Foundation has come into being to serve as a vehicle for the teachings and spiritual support we feel called to offer. I trust it will be a dynamic and creative endeavor and I’m curious to see how it unfolds over time. Already in this first year it has encouraged me to complete my training in spiritual counseling and begin offering those services to individuals, and to offer my first class – the Enneagram of Awakening – focused on the spiritual aspects of this powerful system of self-knowledge. We invite everyone to participate in what is offered, and to provide support by any means you may feel inspired to. Thank you!”
Creative Consciousness Foundation, Inc. is a registered 501(c)(3) organization. If you’d like to make a year-end, tax-deductible contribution to support our efforts to increase peace and inner wisdom, we’d be so appreciative! Just click here, or the link below:

And, I leave you now with a small yet significant gift – a recipe! My favorite detox and recalibration bath.
Detox and Recalibration Bath
At stressful times, or any time, it can be useful to stabilize the nervous system, which largely impacts the emotional body, through a detoxification bath. My favorite method uses Bragg’s apple cider vinegar (ACV), baking soda, and sea salt. For an extra full bathtub, double the recipe.
1 cup raw apple cider vinegar
½ cup baking soda
½ cup sea salt
Dissolve all ingredients in a hot bath. Soak as long as you like – a minimum of 20 minutes ideally. If you can, get your entire head wet. This bath will do wonders for recalibrating the electrical frequencies, removing the EMFs we absorb in our environment through being in cars, cities, around toxic people or situations, excess computer work or cell phone use. It also helps to purify the body of candida and other yeasts, mold, or fungus. It can help digestion, aching joints or arthritis, and skin disorders. Also, it restores the natural pH of the body which facilitates further detoxification. All of this is supporting the body to handle the new energy flow and facilitates an easeful letting-go. In-joy.
Wishing you all the peace and enjoyment your heart is ready for!

Congratulations Erin and Keith on starting this new journey together. I am so excited to see it unfold!
Thank you for the concoction to detox. I hadn't known about the apple cider vinegar,so will do this soon enough. Glad you had a wonderful 2022!
