Special Transcript - PLUTO IN AQUARIUS (2024 to 2044): The Revolution Will Not Be Televised
Pluto's breakdown role, technology on steroids, and the need to stay human. Plus, outsiders and rebels, relying on intuition, and the liberation of your own mind.
Hi folks. With this post, I’m trying an experiment: a special perk to Paid Subscribers - the complete, cleaned-up transcript of the Pluto in Aquarius podcast. It’s a way to say “Thanks!” as well as hopefully inspire a few more upgrades. I specifically chose this post because of this transit’s massive significance for the next twenty years.
My goal is 100 paying subscribers, at which point I’ll have a few extra publication features available via Substack. If I get the feedback that readers dig written transcripts, I’ll offer them more often. The audio version continues to be available to everyone!
Happy Thanksgiving, everyone.
Hello everyone, this is Erin Reese. I'm coming to you from my Substack, Truth and Consciousness, found at erinreese.substack.com. I'm here to speak with you about the entry of the planet Pluto into the sign of Aquarius, which takes place today, November 19th, 2024, at 12:40 PM Pacific Time, which is 9:40 PM in Central Europe.
This transit is huge. It will last twenty years. Pluto finally exits Aquarius, moving into the sign of Pisces in 2044.
I'd first like to layout a few things that I'll be addressing in this podcast. A few themes, if you will. I'm going to be talking overall about liberation and the liberation of your own mind as well as the need to stay human. I'm going to talk a little bit about what we learned from Pluto's time in Capricorn, and also how Pluto works as The Lord of Transformation. I'll talk about technology on steroids coming up, and again the need to remember our own humanity. I'll talk about full reliance on our intuition. And finally, I'll be speaking about the willingness to be an outsider, an outlier. Aquarius rules the exile, the rebel, the one that is not afraid to be different, to be unique.
WHAT IS PLUTO ABOUT?
Well, first, what is Pluto all about? Let's welcome Pluto as the god Hades, the Lord of the Underworld. They are the same. Pluto is the Greek term; Hades is the Roman term for this god. He comes along to break down new structures in order to put a new one in place. He is all about renovation – that Wrecking Ball that comes through – and power. So, we're looking at the theme of breaking things down, breaking through things. Pluto, even though he is the smallest planet that we work with (or planetoid, a dwarf planet if you will, but I would never call Pluto a dwarf planet - too powerful!) – Pluto is not mild by any means, not subtle. He's all about decay on one level, followed by new life.
Wherever Pluto is transiting, get ready for an overhaul of change. Power issues - yours and others’ - power issues are challenging and may show up. Patching over things will not work wherever Pluto is working. It requires a full-scale reconstruction or deconstruction of old. Resistant patterns may come up to hit you in the face.
Pluto's work is inevitable. It's built into Nature, and the very structure of things. His work cannot be prevented. It is all necessary.
As an aside, Pluto naturally rules the sign of Scorpio, which we affiliate with death, rebirth, and transformation. [Astrologer Robert Hand teaches us], when we're working with Pluto, we want to go along with the destruction of whatever should depart, and this is important. And this will come up when I speak about what happened with Pluto in Capricorn that we are exiting right now. We are also asked in some way to assist the rebuilding that follows. From the rubble. That rubble is there for a reason. It's an inevitable consequence of the breakdown and another inevitable consequence of the breakdown is this rebuilding phase.
Pluto gives tremendous drive and energy, but ultimately only for the elimination of that which is truly old and outworn. And remember that this is to be looked at for the betterment of what is happening on our planet. And because Pluto is going into the sign of Aquarius, which is all about humanity, we are going to look at this transit as something that is necessary for the betterment of our species overall.
So here we are with Pluto or Hades, God of the Underworld, gearing up to dredge out everything that's in the way of our role – our true role – and our experience as human beings on this planet.
