The Year of the Cat

Celebrating the lunar new year with the feline fabuleaux. And a classic tune.

Yes, it’s the year of the wonderful Water Rabbit – from January 21, 2023 to February 9, 2024. Happy Chinese New Year to you!

One of the key messages regarding the Water Rabbit is to stay HYDRATED to stay healthy. As always. Perhaps, take an extra swig of H2O right now in honor of intent to keep your system up to snuff through fresh, pure water as well as additions of electrolytes, coconut water, fresh lemon, herbal teas, and so forth. Even a pinch of sea salt in your water bottle can add a boost. Drink up, Buttercup. Hydrate to stay happy!

Now, the real reason I’m posting is that, once every twelve years, we get to also celebrate the Vietnamese version of the lunar new year, The Year of the Cat. For some of us, it just doesn’t get much better than that.
