Emptiness is Form and Form is Emptiness. ☯️ Also, it may be interesting to see this "no locus" as the Plenum, the Totality.
Again, the key is not to get identified with one form (sensation, thought, anything) as, "that's it!" And also in this exercise I'm really pointing to going deeper to see -- can you really locate the font of the "me."
By "nothing" do you mean..."everything?"...I feel an expanse of all existence when I tap into the Self....no longer an "I" but definitely somewhere....maybe I need to keep sitting...lol.
Sounds like you're tapping into same-same. The Nothing I am speaking of is the absence of the absence of anything and therefore everything. No locus of the "me." The Nothing I am speaking of is not a deficient emptiness; it is often experienced as a presence, a full ess or potential, but already that may be too much of a descriptor. Thank you, Mia.

Yes, I do find emptyness to be unsettling, even frightening. The present moment feels more like 'All' to me...Thank you!
