Erin thank you so much for sharing your insights. I particularly liked the references to stewardship, multi- layered themes of home, and the reminder to step out of the web and into the now, remembering the old ways.

Oh, yes, "Old Ways." Cannot forget them, must continue to pass them along and let them nourish us all the way. I'm glad you caught the stewardship and HOME parts. Of course it would resonate with you :). Thank you for commenting, Marisa! ☆♡☆♡☆♡☆♡☆

This is a such a huge banquet of insight and intuition. I can feel what it took for you to download this. Thank you!

There is so much here, but what really got to me is the web pod “..where..life force is being siphoned off. This web pod has been spun around us without… in most cases, our knowledge or consent…(and) puts us in a Sleeping Beauty or Rumpelstiltskin situation. And this web pod has disconnected us from our essential life force energy.”

And the loss of innocence is so profoundly expressed. Just beautiful!

Thanks, Heidi. It helps me to see my own words and ideas reflected back! Yes, the "web pod." It's very uncomfortable to face this. Some are more susceptible and plugged-in than others. I myself have been drawn in and do my best to dance in the Matrix and pop out again. I do find it's more difficult to walk the razor's edge on it. (I'm mostly referring to the internet and phone.) Awareness is the magic word, though. Staying awake!

Regarding innocence - I can definitely go deeper into this myself. Always remembering what helps me connect to innocence - the parasympathetic nervous system, kitties, sunshine, laughter, nature, and self acceptance. Also, the courage to try new things! And not be perfectionist about it - for example, with Substack and branching out into new forms or topics. Must allow the innocence to express, otherwise, one never grows.

I so appreciate your comments and support, Heidi.

I too feel that the internet and phone are the edge of the wedge. I experiment with different ‘ways’ to not get sucked in. How I do love a roadmap!

But you are correct in saying it is awareness in the moment. As always. Sometimes many hours spent writing and communicating on the internet- also called the web!- can be super nourishing and other times it definitely feels like I need to be far away from it.

My favorite innocence connectors are my dog Ruby, babies, clouds, the wind and birds:)

Brava for your new substack endeavor!

Thank you, Kathleen! Yes, it is a translation, isn't it? That's what I see with the language of astrology and putting it "on the ground," heaven to earth. Thank you for commenting and listening!

Thank you, thank you, Erin. Once again, I find myself in such resonance with your reading — and so much curiosity too, which is (in my view), what living is all about: not knowing, wondering and then witnessing new understanding. I always love your stories, and the delivery (!!) of those stories. I can hear your heart and your humor all the way through. Thank you so much. What a time. What a life!

Wow, Shannon, thanks. I think that I'm also in curiosity - and I hope that comes through, that I don't have all the answers. I don't know how things will play out. I can only see the energies afoot, you know? I try to ride the razor's edge, like a consciousness journalist!

Oooh, great encouragement, too, re storytelling. We sure love that storytelling, and I will take that feedback to mean, more of those!

Much appreciation and love!

Thanks, Erin! Brilliant as always and full of insights touching in me just what needs to be touched right now. Synchronistically, I was involved yesterday in a conversation about the importance of the homeland, the connection with the mother and being a foreigner in another country. Systemically, there are very intriguing things related to that.

Homeland is an incredible topic. Deserves much exploration. I found it most interesting for myself, when exploring what is going on with immigration and nations and lands, that I had to dig deeper and deeper to see the roots. We know the collective upset is mirroring the internal. So what is not being addressed for ourselves, personally? Where are we feeling bullied, or not "at home"? What is our relationship to mother?

I learned early on, after several years of heated environmental activism at university, that personal anger was fueling my indignation, my righteousness. I found that I had a ton of unresolved personal material. Once I started working on myself there, I became much less angry and antagonistic and "othering." Not to say that anything about anger is wrong - anger is a gift, too - just to look at our sources of frustration. I would say almost everyone I meet has some mother/security/root system wounding. And when we bring in foreign lands, as you mentioned - things get really interesting, indeed. Thank you for highlighting this topic of my post!

I could not agree more. I think it's especially important what you mention about anger and activism, and the righteousness that arises. I've seen so much that in myself and in others- this again relates to something I keep bringing up about being a 'changemaker in recovery'. And yes, it's almost always about an issue in our own family or community system. I am so glad that you are raising awareness around this. I find it very important. Thank you! On a different note, I had a mini constellation today on this same theme including my current land of residence, my homeland and my mum. It was fun!

Huge topic, yes! I'm grateful I discovered that activism/righteousness/personal anger relationship quite early. I was 20. There were many layers, though, some still unfurling.

And I'd love to hear more about your constellation sometime! 🇧🇬🇨🇭
