Erin, I really enjoyed your talk. There are so many golden nuggets in it. You mentioned that your message is overwhelming like drinking with a fire hose. Instead, I find it liberating and simplifying the complexity and confusion we usually inhabit. And indeed, what could be better than the end of seeking and the end of suffering?

I have one question- maybe you can address it if it resonates. I find that there is a kind of a "purpose" to the ego. I feel that we are here to experience separations and the consequent sufferings as an opportunity for regaining wisdom. Sometimes we need to loose something in order to appreciate it more. Humanity as a whole has been living in the last years almost in denial of consciousness, wisdom and its Human Advantages, and we can see the results. Maybe that's the long journey we have taken towards remembering who we truly are... Does that make sense from your point of view?

Beautiful, on-the-spot teaching, der Erin! Thank you for the clarity.

In Tantric mythology, also a non-dual approach, Shiva/Shakti are ONE to begin with, nothing but consciousness and vibration. But in order to experience the shivering beauty of the play of the universe, they decide to separate into TWO, which is how we see them depicted, entwined. Encountering the other is just too delicious! This of course includes all the crazy dramas of love, joy, pain, jealousy, hatred, fear, the Gods, beauty and ugliness, darkness and light, full scale Italian Opera. THE FULLNESS OF BEING ALIVE. The purpose of the life unfolding is to be fully alive, no matter what. ❤️‍🔥

Absolutely! This is the Tantric approach to Advaita, indeed. It's why I like to use Sri Nisargadatta's pointer that we become true mahabhogis (great enjoyers) with this liberating wisdom. I love it. Thank you for the beautiful imagery and for listening to the talk, dear Nerine!
