Right? I started to learn that in my 20s and starting taking it seriously in my 30s but didn't really recover from doing it til I was in my mid-40s when it became absolutely vital. NO MORE. It's such a deep lesson, and so important - and so very, very sneaky.
Thank you for listening and commenting, Melinda! I know you're about to head into autumn in the southern hemisphere, but I'm sure the basic energies still apply!
Erin, thank you for giving context for SO MANY of the swirling energies that are happening this week. I have already directly experienced the themes of holding boundaries, protecting what is vulnerable, moving slower as a revolutionary act, and the taking of the Shakti. Thank you for illuminating what you FEEL as TRUTH even when it is difficult and uncomfortable.
It's a blessing that you receive these illuminations and find succor and reflection in them, Marisa! I appreciate you commenting. And I thank you for recognizing that it is hard work to feel this and transmit it from an embodied place and not just the intellect. Much love to you this lunation and always!
I was so glad to be able to listen to this as I just came off a really hard call, a financial negotiation. Surprisingly (as you said “surprising information”) in this person’s mind a lot of what we had previously agreed to had changed. I didn’t fold nor become harsh. I stood up for what I thought we had agreed to. We will see what happens, but I didn’t end up disrespecting myself. It was difficult. Thank you so much for contextualizing this conversation for me! I also love seeing “moving slower as a revolutionary act.” The yoga teacher Donna Farhi once called yoga “the most radical political movement of our time.” I appreciate your honesty and the work you put in to all your forecasts!
It is comments and reflections like these, Heidi, that make it all worthwhile. You are not alone. You are facing it, doing the work, showing up and dealing with the uncomfortable without disrespecting self. What more could we ask for? Brava!
Thank you for listening and taking the time to comment, Heidi!
Thank you so much for this Erin! So appreciate all the information, suggestions, phrases and hope/faith with the reality of letting go of what must go!
Yes, I like the phrase, "Let go or be dragged." I'd rather face the truth consciously and bravely instead of having my claw marks all over it. Thank you for listening and commenting, Michele!
No feeding off the Shakti! Always a big deep lesson with this one. Thank you for your wisdom here! ❤️

Thank you, Jaime, for listening and commenting!
Very sneaky… I’m getting these lessons super strong! 😱 grateful to see it so clearly now. No more. 🙏🏽
The new is imminent. Death is part of the process. Transformation is the name of the game.
Bring it on, Taurus... 😂 Thank you, Erin!
Yes, bring it on, Taurus. Such power available. Must be directed and used wisely and consciously! Thank you, Natalia!
Thanks Erin, always enjoy your perspectives and sharing. Much love Mx
